Positive: I love Sand piper cove,I've been coming here for 6 years.I always bring my dogs with me.I have stayed in different units,never a problem.This unit says its pet friendly,its not.We were threatened with eviction because they barked.Dogs bark,and no it wasn't constant.Ill be back, but not this unit.

Winter snowbird 2026

Great winter stay, Jan/Feb. Updated unit, great shower! Can’t recommend enough a unit with washer/dryer, this had full size stack, such a plus especially in a studio apartment. The larger (highly recommend unit with larger space) back deck is where I spent my time, south facing so sunshine up to 3:30, also a huge plus for north FL winter temps, and updated patio furniture. Had already decided and reserved for 2027 winter but decided to move to FL!

The main pool was closed along with the hot tubs but, we managed to have a great time. Place was super clean, great location and host was very responsive.

Easy walk to the beach and a nice pool on the property. The provided beach chairs and umbrella was a great service!
